Before Laser
Pre-care — laser hair treatments
It is important to follow these pre-treatment guidelines before any laser treatment. We recommend these to ensure the best possible outcome from your treatment.
- Do not use sun beds, sunbathe or use tanning creams for at least 30 days before your appointment.
- Do not depilate, wax, pluck or thread the treatment area.
- Do not use bleaching creams or perfumed products for 24–48 hours prior to treatment.
- Avoid swimming in strong chlorinated water prior to treatment.
- Avoid tight clothes when attending your appointment.
- Keep well hydrated.
- Advise me of any changes in your medications and your health.
Patch Test & Ages
Patch testing & age restrictions
- Most hair removal areas are 16+ with parental consent
- Intimate areas are 18+ with photographic ID
- Patch testing required before first treatment
- Course of 6 = pay for 5
